I'm like a deer in the headlights on this one...
Libby plans to testify in CIA leak trial
Dick Cheney's former chief of staff plans to take the stand at his upcoming trial to tell jurors that he never lied to investigators in the CIA leak case, defense attorneys said Friday.
Mr. Libby must be able to discuss classified information to give the jury an accurate picture of his state of mind during the relevant time period and to show the jury that any errors he made in his statements and testimony were the product of confusion, mistake and faulty memory rather than deliberate misrepresentations," defense attorneys wrote.

I certainly would like to be the fly on the wall when Fitzgerald crossexamines Libby!

Libby better how he does better then Ken Lay did on the stand. Even Lay's calls to God didn't work. I noticed that the memory illness is a GOP thing. Bush can't remember telling Pakestan President he'd bomb their country. Armitage is still lying with his brain illness. Maybe Libby will tell the jurors that it's an illness for little people as their brains are small short people. Who knows but it'll be a great show.
