Levi Johnston's mom to plea guilty on drug charge

From a May 22, 2009 article from a Canadian newspaper:

ANCHORAGE, Alaska - The mother of Bristol Palin's ex-fiance has agreed to plead guilty in a felony drug case involving OxyContin, a strong prescription painkiller.

Lawyer Rex Butler says 42-year-old Sherry Johnston will plead guilty July 31 to a count of possession with intent to deliver.

Butler says the state has agreed to dismiss five other drug charges against Johnston.

    Now this is a quick move and just when Sister Sarah resigns one might say timing is everything. Mrs. Johnson might have been part of the reason Sarah is leaving.
