TMZ:
Debbie Rowe will fight for custody of Paris and Michael Jr., the children born during her marriage to Michael Jackson -- this, according to NBC 4 in Los Angeles.
According to the NBC 4 website, Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation, "I want my children."
Rowe says she will seek a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children.Rowe also says she'll submit to a DNA test to prove she's the biological mother.
This is very confusing. First reports come out saying that Rowe is not the mother of the two children and Jackson is not the father. Yet, Rowe is submitting DNA to prove that she is the mother of the two children. I believe that alot needs to be clear on if Rowe is the mother of the children, not that I really care. But, there has been a lot of confusion about who are the parents of these children. Nevertheless, DNA will end this farce.
Update: Jackson funeral plans is set
So finally we have something firm on Michael Jackson's private family service. It will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday at Forest Lawn in Los Angeles.
A motorcade will then go to the Staples Center complex in downtown Los Angeles where the public memorial will be held. We're told the family still hasn't decided whether the memorial will be at the Staples Center or the smaller Nokia Theatre. A decision on that is expected shortly.

Debbie Rowe will have a big problem getting the kids. Now she might bring Mrs. Jackson to court and expose Joe Jackson's involvement that could really hurt Michael's kids. But in the end the kids will go to Diana Ross. Debbie signed away the kids for money to many times and the Court will see her as only interested in the money and not the kids. In other words Debbie looks and acts like a gold digger with no interest in the children. Now she should be careful as she signed documents that could effect what she has now with the agreement and this time Michael can't bail her out. I expect the kids will end up with Diana anyway as the Jackson Family will be all over Mrs. Jackson for money.
